I received a warm welcome from khun Anny, who checked me in swiftly and provided information. The room was clean with amenities, and the hotel's surroundings are convenient, being close to shopping areas, restaurants, spa and just a few steps away from BTS Phrom Phong station. The housekeeping staff 19 floor greeted me warmly every time we crossed paths. The bed was cozy, and the hot water flowed quickly and strongly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Sukhumvit24. I can't wait to return!

Good Service Check in process very fast staff was nice Anny, Pare Kasi. let check me in for early that impressing for this service. Room was clean, House keeping was nice - location near shopping mall very convenience And al so near BTS Phomphong

Nice & comfy in a very good location.. I loved the house keeper who in charge my room #Fah Very nice & professional .. she created a cute small elephant by using the towel, once we got into our room, surprised 🥰 Whenever we requested our room to be clean = their team will do it promptly and perfect , tidy and clean

Staying in ibis hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 24 from 12th May to 15th May 2024 for family trip. Hotel front desk staffs and housekeeper Khun Nong/HK did great job!! They knew about my this trip for celebrating my mom’s birthday & Taiwan Mother’s Day, they set up a excellent room. It’s a good experience with ibis hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 24. By the way, join in Accor member then booking a reservation directly is better through online agent.

Thank you Pond, Dee and Vene for the excellent service. This hotel always be my to go hotel everytime I visit BKK. I amaze they remember the guest upon check in and remember my special request. And yes, I always put some request. However I forgot to put it in my booking this time.
